The Last Of Us Demo Available For God Of War: Ascension Owners

For many gamers (and games writers), The Last of Us is going to be the way we wind down after the craziness of E3. For those that followed Kratos on his most recent adventure, a taste of Naughty Dog's upcoming title is ready now.

Those who purchased a copy of God of War: Ascension need only put the disc in, select the The Last of Us Early Access option, and start downloading for the PlayStation Store. The trial includes a level called "Outskirts" that teams Joel and Ellie up with Tess. 

The demo should give players a chance to experience some of the enemy types and the scavenging and crafting mechanics. For the rest of us, we'll be able to play the full game on June 14, 2013. Yes, it's a Friday, but Sony was smart enough to avoid the mistake it made with inFamous 2 and not release another major game during E3.
