Riot Games, the developer behind League of Legends, the massively popular free-to-play PC game, have released an impressive cinematic that pits the game's champions against one another.

Riot Games also released a behind-the-scenes video detailing the creation of the cinematic. They break down how they incorporated specific moves from the characters, why they couldn't take of advantage of motion capture techniques, and why a video of a writer hugging a stuffed platypus doll was so crucial.
