Sony UK Teases Something With Weird Red Egg Thing

Sony's official UK Facebook page posted an image of a strange mechanical red egg with the words, "It's coming..."

Is this a teaser image for what he PlayStation 4 hardware? Is it some kind of very strange Easter themed promotion? Does it have something to do with Iron Man?
