Double Fine Announces New Game For Leap Motion Controller
Today Double Fine announced a new game designed to take advantage of Leap Motion's impressive gesture-based controller.
Just last week Leap Motion announced that its motion controller would be available for PC and Mac starting in May. The Leap Motion Controller has been lauded for its sensitivity, which is reportedly able to recognize finger movements to 1/100th of a millimeter, as well as its $80 price tag.
Apparently Double Fine is a fan of the new technology, announcing today a new "music-driven score challenge game" called Dropchord. An iOS version is also planned, though Dropchord will debut on Airspace, Leap Motion's dedicated app store.
The official website for Dropchord states that the game will be playable at South by Southwest and PAX East, so you can expect to hear more about it later this month.
