What Super Mario Bros. Would Look Like On The Atari 2600

For some reason or another, it's fun to see what a video game would look like running on an older console than it was developed for. Here, Atari Age forum poster Sprybug re-created World 1-1 of the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES in Atari 2600 graphics.

Sprybug says he hopes to re-create 16 levels eventually (World 1-1 through World 4-4) and even include working pipes, flagpoles, and a Koopa Kid boss at the end of each end world.
