World War Z Video Game Trademarked

Paramount Pictures filed a trademark recently for a World War Z video game. A movie based on the novel is due out sometime next year.

The filing doesn't confirm a game is in development, but now Paramount has the option if they so choose. As noted by Siliconera, Paramount has been dabbling a bit in the games space with the release of The War of the Worlds, a download title, and Star Trek, due out early next year.
