Skullgirls "Hopes" To Have Cross-Platform PS3 And PC Multiplayer Soon

The official Skullgirls Twitter account recently took questions about the game from fans, and they said that they hope to have cross-platform play across the PlayStation 3 and PC versions of the game soon.

Someone asked if Skullgirls for the PC would a Games for Windows Live (GWFL) title, and the Skullgirls Twitter account replied, "we hope to have PS3/PC cross-platform play implemented a few months after the PC version is released... so definitely not GFWL."

The word "hope" makes it sound like it's not a sure thing quite yet. The PC version of the game doesn't have an exact release date yet, but it should be some time this year.
