The Creators Of Joustin' Beaver Are Suing Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber, the popular artist who sings a song with a chorus that repeats the word "baby" three times in a row, is being sued by mobile developer RC3 over its game Joustin' Beaver.
Bieber's legal team is claiming that the Android game is infringing on Bieber's trademark and sent a cease-and-desist letter to the game makers. The developers are claiming that the game should be considered parody and is protected under First Amendment rights. The two parties tried to come to an agreement after Bieber's legal team sent the letter, but they were unable to, and now RC3 is taking Bieber to court.
