Resistance: Burning Skies Release Date

Sony today confirmed the release date for Resistance: Burning Skies, the portable shooter headed to PlayStation Vita.

The game hits stores on May 29 in North America. Insomniac Games, creators of the first three Resistance titles for PlayStation 3, are passing the development torch for the game over to Nihilistic Software, who previously worked on PlayStation Move Heroes and Zombie Apocalypse.

Insomniac Games stated last month it was no longer developing titles in the Resistance series after the third game.
