3G Vita Pricing Plan Changes Slightly

Sony announced pricing plans for the Vita earlier this month with two different plans. One of those plans has changed slightly.

Originally, the plans were $14.99 and $24.99 per month for 250MB and 2GB respectively. Now, the 2GB plan has been replaced with a 3GB plan for $30 plan. Sony and AT&T aren't even messing around with all that $0.99 business.

The question I have is, does anybody plan on purchasing a 3G model of the Vita? Sony has said that 3G owners will be able to download a free game, but I don't know if that really offsets the cost of having a Vita that can always access 3G. There are no contracts thankfully, so you could easily stop 3G coverage even after only one month, but it still seems like quite an investment.
