Bethesda games typically have an active modding community, and this tradition has continued with Skyrim. We've stumbled upon one of the weirdest ones yet, courtesy of YouTube user DoubleagentMoA. In it, a character stands in the middle of Whiterun's marketplace and demonstrates an awesome new shout.
