Skyrim Passes Battlefield 3 On Xbox Live
How popular is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? It's pretty big, apparently.
Microsoft revealed more unique users logged into Xbox Live and played Skyrim than EA's multiplayer shooter fest Battlefield 3 last week. Skyrim wasn't quite big enough to take down Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or Black Ops, though. This just goes to show you how popular Call of Duty really is. Black out came out last year. Other new titles that charted were Saints Row: The Third at #10, Assassin’s Creed Revelations at #11, and Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary at #13.
Regarding sales of Skyrim, Bethesda has only announced so far the game sold 3.5 million copies in the first two days of launch. The company has yet to provide an update since.
