Notch Wins Interim Injunction In Bethesda Case

Minecraft's Markus "Notch" Persson is celebrating the possibly temporary ability to use the Scrolls name for Mojang's upcoming game.

In a tweet, Persson was in a good mood, declaring, "We won the interim injunction! We can keep using the name "Scrolls". ZeniMax/Bethesda can still appeal the ruling, but I'm very happy. :D"

Currently, Bethesda has filed a lawsuit against Persson and Mojang over their Scrolls title which Bethesda claims interferes with its Elder Scrolls franchise.
