Gran Turismo 5 Spec 2.0 Update Coming In October

Gran Turismo series creator Kazunori Yamauchi recently tweeted about a new update coming to Gran Turismo 5 that should make racing fans happy.

Yamauchi's tweet reveals that the update will be released in the third week of October, with more DLC available the following week. Yamauchi provided no further information as to what the update or the add-on content would contain, but thanked GT5 fans for their patience. The fact that this is update 2.0 and not update 1.14 (update 1.13 was released just six days ago) could suggest significant changes are in store.
