Beta Registration Opens For The Secret World

If you were as intrigued as I was by our recent hands-on with The Secret World, then you may be interested in gaining access to the MMO’s beta. Developer Funcom will let you into the early testing phase of the supernatural online game, but you've got to earn it.

One way that players hoping to explore haunted ruins and kill werewolves can gain access is by taking a personality test which decides which faction best suits them, Illuminati, Dragon, or Templars. The other way is to use your Facebook account to spread word about the game to friends while unlocking in-game gear.

Some users may have already unlocked beta access by signing up for a three month subscription to Funcom’s Age of Conan back in 2009 before it went free-to-play.
