Europe Gets New Wii

European gamers are getting a new, cheaper Wii bundle dubbed the Wii Family Edition (aren't they all family editions anyway?), but it comes at the price of GameCube backwards compatibility.

The bundle – no price given yet – comes with Wii Sports and Wii Party, as well as the Wii Remote Plus and a nunchuk.

Nintendo says that other bundles will be coming, but no news whether this will hit our shores.
