Are you tired of Call of Duty's killstreaks giving skilled players an extra edge that they don't really need in the first place? Well, that might change: Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling has announced that the company is completely reworking the killstreak system for Modern Warfare 3.

Bowling's recent tweet to a fan suggests big changes are in the works. "We changed the entire way the killstreak system works [in Modern Warfare 3]. I can't go into detail yet, but I will share when I can."

We have no other information on how killstreaks are changing, so for all we know, good players may end up being even more over-powered. Hopefully, however, IW can come up with a way to reward skilled players without making things even harder for players who can't shoot straight.
