Pokémon Trading Card Game Expansion Coming In August
The Pokémon Company has announced that its new trading card game expansion -- TCG: Black & White Emerging Powers -- will launch in August.
Emerging Powers will give TCG players access to theme decks and booster packs in the new player-vs-player TCG Online, will allow players to explore Unova's secrets plus discover 25 new Pokémon (including the Legendary Trio: Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion). With theme decks and booster packs fans can put together customized decks for online battles with virtual cards (unlockable with codes in the pack).
Theme decks will cost $11.99 when they become available on August 17. Booster packs will be available on August 31 for $3.99.
