Teen Confesses To Murder Via Bugged Gaming Session
A Canadian teen has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after confessing during a bugged Guitar Hero gaming session.
Local police offered the teen's uncle a trade to assist in the investigation of the murder of 16-year-old Charlotte Jolly, who was shot with a stolen rifle after an altercation that took place in 2009. Authorities offered to drop an outstanding DUI charge off his record if he'd agree to allow authorities to bug the gaming session with a hidden mic.
The teen's lawyer says the boy will confess and intent will be figured in the defense case.
