Portal 2 Writer Says It's The Best Valve Single-Player Game Ever
In a recent interview, Valve writer Chet Faliszek says he feels Portal 2 is the company's best single-player game to date. That's a bold statement, considering the fact that many place Half-Life 2 on the shortlist for the honors of the best game of all time (it finished fifth on our Top 200 Games of All Time List).
Speaking with The Gaming Liberty, Faliszek (who's written for many Valve franchises including the Half-Life episodes, Portal, and Left 4 Dead), said he felt Portal 2 was as good a game as the company has released.
"In terms of single player experience, it’s absolutely the best," said Faliszek. "In terms of co-op, I’m going to say it’s a tie with the Left 4 Dead series. Left 4 Dead is near to my heart. The single-player is so dense in Portal 2. It’s the best."
That's a bold statement, let's hope he's right.
