Streets Of Rage Fan Project Now Available

The Streets of Rage fan project that began back in 2003 has finally been released as freeware.

Even though the Streets of Rage remake doesn't use any of the original game code, Bomber Games recreates the original's animations, scoring mechanic, collision detection, and damage modeling. In addition, it features 103 stages, cutscenes, 19 playable characters, and remixed sound design.
