Batman: Arkham City Comic To Bridge Game Gaps
Batman is returning to his roots with the announcement of a supplementary comic based on the interactive Arkham lore. While a comic based on a game spawned from a comic may seem a bit redundant, the six-issue miniseries has carved a niche for itself amongst bat-books, intending to bridge the gap between Asylum and the pending sequel Batman: Arkham City.
The run will be penned by Paul Dini – the much-celebrated scribe behind The Animated Series and both Arkham games – and illustrated by Carlos D’anda, concept artist for the twin titles. You can check out D’anda’s signature style in the cover preview above.
Issues 1 & 2 of Batman: Arkham City will ship in May, available in print and as digital releases for $2.99.
