Update: Tina Sanchez, the sister of the missing girl, just tweeted that Britney has been found. Britney's condition and the exact circumstances surrounding her disappearance have not been revealed.

The full message reads: "We found her. Thank you everyone so much for your help. You don't know how much my entire family appreciates this."
