Battlefield 3 Special Edition To Include Free BF2 Maps

We're going to have a whole month of tasty coverage at our Battlefield 3 hub, but a few extra tidbits have leaked out of EA, including a limited edition of the game that includes a free return to four classic Battlefield 2 maps.

The free expansion, dubbed Battlefield 3: Return to Karkand, will be apparently feature "legendary maps" that have been "boldly re-imagined" to take advantage of the Battlefield 3 technology.

The info comes courtesy of a leaked image, and though EA hasn't confirmed any of the details, the picture looks pretty legit. Check it out for yourself:
