El Shaddai Development Reaches Completion, Merch Coming Soon

Ignition's action adventure game, El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron, is complete and will release on April 28 in Japan. No word on European and North American release dates as of yet, but "will be announced shortly."

El Shaddai has been in development for three years by an internal Japanese studio whose worked on franchises such as Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and Okami. According to Ignition, fans can expect to soon hear announcements regarding partnerships for new merchandise that will be available worldwide.
