The Red Faction series has been known less for its story and more for its destructible Mars setting. After you see this new Red Faction: Armageddon trailer detailing rising violence between a madman's terrifying army and Mars resistance fighters, you may change your tone.

I'm definitely a little more excited to start breaking stuff after seeing this new video.

Red Faction: Armageddon hits PS3, 360, and PC on March 17.
