Square Enix's Halo Reach Figures Land Second Series

Square Enix's Halo Reach Play Arts Kai figures return next January with a second series. This line includes figures for Kat, Carter, and Jorge. All three of these figures offer high levels of articulation, extra hands, and their go-to equipment from the game.

I've been holding off on buying McFarlane's Halo Reach figures until Square's line hit retail. McFarlane's figures are cheaper, but they are also smaller in scale. The line I pick will be the one that offers the highest level of detail. From the images I've seen, both look great. For those of you that have purchased the McFarlane figures, what is your take?
