Cole's Second Redesign Revealed?

About a month ago, Sucker Punch announced it was redesigning its redesign of Infamous 2's Cole MacGrath. If this picture from the official Infamous 2 site is anything to go on, it looks like Sucker Punch opted for a de-design instead.

The shot isn't the clearest look at Cole, so maybe there are some details we're missing, but so far it looks pretty familiar: the yellow motocross jacket, the shaved head...yep, those are pretty much all the defining characteristics of Cole in the original Infamous.
