Machinarium Devs Offer Amnesty To Pirates

By releasing their game DRM-free, Amanita Design opened Machinarium up to countless numbers of pirating freeloaders. They acknowledge this, and estimate that only 5-15% of the game's players actually paid for it. Rather than complaining about that stat, they're extending a deal to the same people that stole their title.

On their official site, they describe this new pirate amnesty program that will run until the 12th. They offer a link that sells downloads of Machinarium for $5 rather than the standard $20 price point. If you're a freeloading pirate, now's your chance to gain a little bit of your conscience back.
