DC Universe Online Scores Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy, More For Voice Cast

DC Universe Online is going to give fledgling MMO superheroes the chance to team up with some of DC Comics' greatest heroes and villains. Sony Online Entertainment appears to be aiming for the best team-up experience possible, as today they've announced an all-star lineup of voice actors for the game.

Easily the biggest news is that Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will be resuming their roles as Batman and Joker (respectively). These two became very popular as the voice actors for DC's greatest hero/villain rivalry during the '90s run of Batman: The Animated Series. Gamers may remember them more recently from taking on the same parts in last year's Batman: Arkham Asylum.

SOE also announced that Superman will be voiced by Adam Baldwin, who you may know best for his role as Jayne on Firefly. Veteran voice actress Gina Torres will be taking on the role of Wonder Woman. James Marsters (of Buffy and Angel fame) will play Lex Luthor, and Michelle Forbes (currently on True Blood) will appear as the voice of Wonder Woman villain Circe.

Sony's definitely going all out on the production value for DC Universe Online. Is that enough to raise your interest in the game?
