Zelda: Skyward Sword Planned For Early 2011

When The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword was first shown off at this year's E3, we also learned that the game would not be available until 2011. Now Eiji Aonuma, the game's producer, has further clarified that they hope to release the game early next year rather than later.

Speaking to Official Nintendo Magazine, Aonuma said, "The basis we have now is very solid" and confirmed that they intend to have the game finished and on store shelves in early 2011.

It's a minor clarification and still not an official release date, but it's nice to know that the latest Zelda adventure is closer than it may have been.
