First Look At Star Wars: The Old Republic -- Threat of Peace

Though I'm interested in the gameplay of BioWare's upcoming MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, I'm especially excited about the storytelling that has been promised. While the game is a ways off, I'll be able to get a taste of the game's lore this July thanks to the new Old Republic comic book from Dark Horse.

Like the Mass Effect comic series (which has now been picked up as a monthly book), the Old Republic comic book, Threat of Peace, is scripted by one of the game's writers. BioWare's Rob Chestney is penning this three-issue series, and famed comic artist Alex Sanchez is handling the art. The first issue will come with two different covers.
