Shenmue Forklift Available For Sonic Racing Today

Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing has a huge cast of Sega characters, including Shenmue’s Ryo Hazuki. Back in the day, Ryo worked a job as a forklift operator when he wasn’t busy tearing around Japan on his motorcycle. With Sonic Racing’s newest DLC, Ryo can upgrade his forklift operation gig from part-time to full-time.

Ryo’s forklift already has a place in Sonic Racing as all-star move (think of it as his purple koopa shell), but for 320 Microsoft points it can become his main vehicle. It turns out forklifts move much faster when they’re not transporting pallets of cat food in a warehouse. Who knew?

You can grab Ryo’s forklift from Xbox Live's Marketplace today. Oh, and if you think that Sega is trying to pull another fast one on you, they promise that they don’t kid around regarding forklifts.
