Kane & Lynch Sequel Release Date Announced

Today IO Interactive has announced that Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will hit North American retailers on August 24 (August 27 throughout Europe and PAL territories) for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

“We believe the unique visuals and relentless gameplay has created an intensity never delivered in a video game before,” said Niels Jørgensen, general manager of IO Interactive. “In a genre where so many games look and feel the same, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will make people double-take. We think it’s going to make quite an impression.”

IO Interactive also shares a first look at in-game footage with the Welcome to Shanghai trailer that you can watch on Kane and Lynch's official site so you can judge the visuals and gameplay for yourself.
