More Interactive Programming Headed To Xbox Live
As a result of the success of 1 vs. 100, it seems more family-friendly, interactive programming will make its way onto Xbox Live.
"1 vs. 100 was an entirely new space for us," said Aaron Greenberg, director of product management for Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE. "In many ways we are pioneering an entirely new category of entertainment and it has been very successful."
Greenberg said the concept of making the 1 vs. 100 live game show simple and accessible for people of all skill levels only makes for a larger community, a community advertisers would be thrilled to support.
"It wasn't that hard for us to convince folks to advertise on 1 vs. 100," he said. "Now we're looking at not just doing more of that, but how you think about new types of programming on a network of 23 million people."
Greenberg said the folks over at Xbox Live have more ideas for new ways users can interact with the service. More information will be revealed throughout the year and Game Informer will provide more information as it becomes available.
Have you played 1 vs. 100? Are there any other (similar) features you'd like to see on Xbox Live?
