Napoleon: Total War To Feature Multiplayer Grand Campaigns

In case you haven't gotten around to reading your issue of the latest GI, the latest on Napoleon: Total War is that it will allow you to play Grand Campaigns with your buddies.

“Following all the great feedback we've had from our fans for the Empire Multiplayer Campaign Beta, we're proud to announce that all three campaigns in Napoleon: Total War will be multiplayer enabled.” said Mike Simpson, creative director at The Creative Assembly and Total War creator. “We'd like to thank our fans for all their support.”

I'm not quite sure whether I'd rather play: grand imperial struggles between France and, uh, other powers that think that they can front on France, or co-op comp-stomping an AI Napoleon into an early grave on Elba.

Of course, this is all assuming that the AI is competent enough to do massively complicated things like transport armies via ship this time around.
