Aliens Veteran Lance Henriksen Joins AvP Roster

Rebellion announced today that Lance Henriksen, a veteran actor who starred in Aliens, Aliens 3 and Aliens vs. Predator, will be lending his voice and likeness to the upcoming video game adaptation.

Henriksen will take on the role of Karl Bishop Weyland, a descendent of Charles Bishop Weyland, who founded the Weyland-Yutani Corporation from Aliens lore.

"They've made me look very good," said Lance Henriksen, "This is the first time I've been fully represented in a game, with my voice and how I look, and the Rebellion guys have done a great job. I might score from this game!"

While this is Henriksen's first time being rendered into a game, he's lent his voice to several projects in the past, most recently as General Shepherd in Modern Warfare 2.

Aliens vs. Predetor is set to launch next month for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
