New Mass Effect: Redemption Cover Art Revealed

The second issue in the Mass Effect: Redemption comic book series isn't due until February 3, but the cover art is ready for public viewing (you can see it below). I'm not sure who this salarian is. but he looks like he's about to kill a ton of jellyfish. No, this is not a random thought. Those are jellyfish behind him, right? Wait... They could be a new kind of vessel. I guess we'll have to wait until January 25 (Mass Effect 2's release date), or February 3 to find out for certain. Speculate away!

Also, it should be noted that this series ties directly into one of Mass Effect 2's major plot points, and is penned by Mass Effect 2's lead writer, Mac Walters. Canon confirmed!
