Deep Silver Paroles New Prison Break Screens

by Meagan Marie on Oct 21, 2009 at 04:57 AM

If you missed the announcement back in August, Deep Silver and Twentieth Century Fox have teamed up to craft a game based on the television series Prison Break. The action/adventure title will follow Company agent Tom Paxton as he tries to decipher why Michael Scofield went from a law-abiding citizen to bank robber. The story parallels the first season of the show and will include familiar faces and key events. Both action and stealth sequences are promised.

"The ingenious plots and fast action of “Prison Break” thrill TV audiences around the world, and provide the ideal basis for a video game," said Dr. Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Koch Media. "The game will offer the same blend of action and suspense as the show, appealing to fans of the series as well as video gamers."

Interested in how the game is shaping up? We can’t account for gameplay since we’ve yet to get our hands on the game, but developer Zootfly seems to have captured Dominic Purcell’s likeness pretty well. Check out the screens below and decide for yourself.

No release date has been announced as of yet, but Prison Break will ship to retail for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
