Destiny 2 Is Headed To Next-Gen Consoles
We already know about several exciting projects in development for the next generation of consoles, but various current-generation favorites will also make the transition. Bungie confirmed on Twitter that it plans to bring its online shooter Destiny 2 over to the PS5 and Xbox Series X.

This perfectly falls in line with the studio's plan to make Destiny a destination game with a long tail, and we imagine the game will continue to receive content updates on all platforms (at least for a time). Bungie promised that more news would be forthcoming. If nothing else, we hope the new consoles eliminate Destiny's load times.
