A New Sniper Elite And A Remaster Of Sniper Elite V2 Are On The Way

Are you one of those folks who enjoy putting your virtual sniping skills to the test? Rebellion has some good news for this you this morning: there's a lot of Sniper Elite on the way.

Here are all the Sniper Elite projects the developer has announced:

• A new main entry game
• A remaster of Sniper Elite V2 (itself a sequel-remake of the first Sniper Elite) for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch that adds a new character, visual upgrades, and multiplayer modes.
• A port of Sniper Elite 3 to Switch
• A VR game

The Switch port and remaster are due out in 2019 while the next mainline Sniper Elite is slated for 2020. No release date for the VR title yet.
