Asphalt 3D Lets You Hold Your 3DS Like A Pretend Steering Wheel

Ridge Racer may be facing a little competition on the 3DS, with the announcement of Ubisoft's title Asphalt 3D. The game includes more than 40 cars and motorcycles, including licensed vehicles from Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Ducati. Players will travel to 17 different destinations, such as Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo, and Cape Town.

Up to six players can compete wirelessly, and it takes full advantage of the 3DS' hardware. For example, players can tilt the system to steer, and there's support for 3DS StreetPass, letting players exchange rankings, ghosts, and more just by walking by one another. Creepy!
