Game Informer is commemorating its 200th issue in a big way. First, we’ve printed up eight collectable covers, each highlighting art from some of the biggest and best games around. Take a look at 'em all below. We'll wait. While we’re certainly proud of our covers, we know that readers are just as interested in what’s beneath them—and issue 200 won’t disappoint. We’ve taken a look at Game Informer’s history, compiling choice quotes, infamous moments and highlights from some of our greatest reviews. We’re also highlighting the top 200 games of all time. That’s all in addition to the reviews, previews and original content that you’re only going to see in Game Informer Magazine. While you’re here, check out our top 100 games of all time list from issue 100.
I'm loving the minimalistic approach.
So I'm guessing the full spread covers will not be appearing for the 200th? Will they come back after the milestone issue, or are we back to single page covers?
So simple, yet so awesome. It would be cool if you guys had an article about where some of the old editors are now.
woot!
looking forward to it!
OMG I want all eight.....I will give you all my money. You will take five bucks right?
200 isues already?
That Rocks! Totally Trankorious! Keep up the good work, and excellent work to whoever decided the cover art for this issue.
And now I know I will own eight copies of the 200th issue.
So many questions. Will there be any covers of more recent classics? Will it include the infamous Paper Mario review? How much pure awesome will it contain? All of this will have to wait, but I'm really looking forward to seeing how it comes together.
So simple but it gets the point across.
