Report: Cuphead To Be Playable In Tesla Cars

by Elise Favis on Jun 02, 2019 at 02:23 PM

I'm not sure if anyone was asking for this (or why), but Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently told IGN that Cuphead has been tested in Tesla cars, and it's officially being made playable in a handful of models soon.

In Tesla models 3, S, and X, you'll eventually be able to play the crushingly difficult and visually striking platformer. Thankfully, it can only be played when the car is in Park and not moving.

"Cuphead, we've got working," Musk told IGN. "[The developers] have been helping us make it work. It's a cool game."

Tesla recently added certain games to its in-car displays, such as classic Atari titles. Musk says that he is working to bring games that are controllable via the touchscreen, steering wheel buttons, and Xbox/PS controllers. Cuphead, however, will only be playable with a wired USB controller.

Cuphead released back in 2017 and came to Switch earlier this year.
