  • Unfortunately, the site that used to have my reel up is no longer around :( I am on IMDB, and I'll try to get you my resume if you want. Hell, I'll see if I can upload the reel to Youtube and I'll hit you up with a link.
  • For shame... I paid double that for the special edition... at least mine is metal and shiny! XP
  • Well... I just like things the way I like them. Ha ha. I can't help it if my enjoyment ends up persuading other people... (perhaps I can turn this to my advantage. Career in advertising--here I come!)
  • Yep, I've been acting professionally for 7 years, with filmmaking thrown in as well.
  • Dragon Age... well so I don't quote the review I wrote (which can be found on here)... it's fun. Character customization is amazing, the story is great (not to mention there are several different ways to do EVERYTHING), and the combat is not only fun and challenging, but addictive and frustrating... I'm hooked on just finding the next fight. Loot is also nice, but fairly easy to tell when you've got the best stuff around... the thing about the game is that I don't get tired of playing it. I've logged 68 hours into it since the day it came out, and I'm just now getting to the final battle, and I still have side quests and my DLC to play through, not to mention that's only one of the 6 possible main character stories to go through. It's got replay value galore. My main beef is that the graphics look cheap sometimes, but you'll ignore it just because the voice acting is great. Definitely ask for it for christmas. End sales pitch. ;)
  • Well if you like all that stuff, you're alright! What do I like about your profile? The Versus XIII respect! I'm more excited for Versus than I am for XIII!
  • People ask me how I can play games on my Wii still and all other sorts of complaints, and I tell them that graphics aren't the biggest issue to me. It's the ability to play and enjoy and the mechanics, and the truth is that back in the day... Nintendo had their mechanic and games down pat... not only that, but the stories for games back then seemed to be what drove the game; whereas, now people think that amazing graphics is good enough. You have so many games with a mediocre story and "in your face graphics" that you just get desensitized... which is why I appreciated Dragon Age: Origins. Yes, the graphics were lacking but the gameplay and story are amazing!
  • I do like the old games, and I'm starting to see this. A friend gave me his gamecube disc with Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time on it... and told me to play it. I loved Twilght Princess... but this game, even though it is blocky and the polygons are glaring... it's so much fun!! I think it had more of an impact on me than any game I've played since Mass Effect.
  • New blog post is up when you get a chance go check it out.
  • It's not that I like my older games more... but I have a better appreciation of them? For what people could do with gaming at the time... compared to what they can do now. It seems like game makers, as a whole, don't put out as many good games as they did back then.
  • I do love Glee and I can't wait for the new episode on Wednesday!! I'm a bit of a TV junkie to be honest...I'm also into Dexter and True Blood (too long until the next season) and just started getting into Bored to Death
  • It it a photo of me, however I am not a professor, ha
  • Strangely enough, I've never touched the Harry Potter series. I've never shown any interest in it, even though it's always been one of the most popular series. And I see that you like Pendragon, too :) Good books! Have you finished the whole series?
  • i actually do freelance graphic design right now. so it's pretty much whatever anybody needs me for. so far i haven't had anything from local video game developers, but i would love to someday for sure.
