  • Force of habit I guess, and if I do change the screen name, my name at the bottom of my comments will stick, so it all works out. -Korey Eiche
  • thanks dude i will probably get all three but i might have to wait for Fallout 3's price to go down thanks again dude :)
  • "that would make every single ps3 fanboy finally shut the *** up" Your name makes that comment even more hilarious. You must have missed my comments in that same article you posted in. I honestly would feel bad for 360-only owners if they released a Blu-ray attachment. But what would be the point? Unless they incorporate a way for developers to use that drive and be able to develop M$ games on Blu-rays, there's really no point unless its smaller than a regular Blu-ray player.
  • It takes up more than half of my space on my hdd. But I have a launch era pro. I find myself deleting save files of games before I delete songs from my collection :/ Also, I couldn't agree more with the following statement: "AND ITS COD:WAW AND MW2 NOT F-ING COD 5 & 6!!!"
  • For me, it's something I always felt interested in the art side of games. I didn't know much to do, so I looked up colleges that are big into it and have a decent amount of people in the industry. After touring Full Sail, I decided it was the school for me. They now have a separate Game Art program that was originally just included in my Digital Art. Outside of that study books about game design, read helpful magazines and web articles, get info on 3D software such as Maya and 3DS Max, plus study film and other art to get outside influences. Finally, I'd say try to get your hands on engines such as Unreal 3, which you can get with UT3 on PC, and tool around with it and make levels or something. Just keep being passionate about whatever you do, because sometimes these things are not easy.
  • I know exactly what you mean man. GameStop doesn't even want to hire anyone for the holidays here. My manager said that the district manager told him to hire one or two more guys, but to only give them like 5-6 hours a week... He was telling me how stupid that request was. lol. But congrats on you art man. Good luck. I wish you the best for the future. Just keep on with those dreams, kick and break down as many doors as you have to. Sooner or later, you'll rip the rewards for your hard labor.
  • Hey Christian, You have two options for that part, both of which are still difficult. I found this to be the hardest part of the veteran run through. Option 1) very close to Mac, right after you drop him off, theres an empty ticket booth, with a bench in it. If you go into it, and go prone beneath the bench, you will be almost completely safe. The enemy will not enter the booth, but they will chuck grenades at you. Even though the grenade indicator will come up, it will still not kill you. The real hard part with this, is when the helicopter arrives, getting to Mac and getting him to the helicopter, as there will be TONS of guys waiting to kill you. Option 2) If you go farther northeast, passed the pool area, there is a gate in the corner, with a doorway that leads to a hall with a deadend. If you go into here, only a dog or two will follow you, and you can wait without harm in the hallway until the helicopter arrives. This area is much better, as it serves as the primary spawn point for the enemies, and with you being there the enemies dont spawn. When the helicopter arrives you will have far less to kill. This is how I did it. When the helicopter arrived, i used flash bangs to distract the enemies while i grabbed mac, and then just booked it to the helicopter. Good luck!
