  • WACCHHHAAAA!!
  • Hey Matt, just wanted to let you know I really dig your presence on KFAN's video games weekly. You and Charch have a good vibe togehter. I hope someday you guys are on more than one time per week. I have a question for you, being in the gameing industry how much do you play games after work? What genre is your favorite when your on your own time?
  • Greetings Matt Helgeson, I too suffered (or benefited) from the settings of your adolescence. I know all too well, *** Maher banning baseball caps in Pemberton Auditorium out of respect. Remembering the Swim-Inn after a day at Putnam Park. You may not know me, but I just wanted to say how f'n cool it is to see someone from your hometown (as small as ours is) in a field that you are an enthusiast. Keep up the great work at GI and if I left any BE nostalgia out, humor me. - Ben Mullaly
  • Hello Mr. Helgeson, my name is Manny. I am new here to this website, but have been very active in posting blogs and keeping gamers informed on recent new in the industry. I have a question for you. Seeing as how you're at top of the ladder now, working for Game Informer and all, I was wondering if you could share some tips with someone like me who's dreams are to one day have the same job you do and be able to combine my two most favorite hobbies, video games and writing, into one, and make a living from it. Perhaps you could share some insight on some things you did to get where you are now? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading. If you have some time, you should check out some of my blogs. Criticism on anything from my writing style to anything else is greatly appreciated, as I see it would only help me in the future. Thanks again. And good job with the new site!
  • In response to your and Reiner's reviews of Uncharted 2: I really appreciate how you guys keep the review relevant to the quality and execution of the game rather than explaining this and that about what happens in the game. Too many other publications and sites blab on and on about every step taken within the game completely disregarding the point of reviewing it.
  • ...what up playboy...
