Errors with submitting a Reader Review

Well it seems whatever it was, the issue cleared itself up. Probably just a one time bug in the system from where I tried to submit it too close after the first time. So hope everyone enjoys my now posted review of Batman: Arkham Asylum.

I was trying to figure out why every time I get on the gameinformer website the poll has already been answered for me or has no where for me to click and respond. Instead it just shows the responses (i.e. precentages). Not sure if this is a problem for anyone else. Any help appreciated.

There is this new green slim ad that is covering the forums on the front page, but doesn't go away. This worse then the gamestop ad with the bunny because it just stays. It also cuts out on profile's and even the forums themselves.

It's really getting annoying.

Why not limit the number of blogs a person writes a day. Like staff would have unlimited, but users could be put into blog groups that limit the number of blogs written. Just an idea...

For subscribers since the forum isn't much of a perk. Why not have subscriber only content like polls or resources.

Another idea, how about more freedom over our profiles. Like custom CSS.

I do understand where the Email unsubscribe button *should* be, the problem is that it is not there. The only options that show up are "Start a New Thread" and "Favorite this Thread".

I'm having the same problem, I realized that as well. I can create a group in Xbox 360 but when it comes to MMO, I tried to create a Guild Wars group and it wouldn't allow it.

Thank you, it does help! I switched it off at the home page and it doesn't come on when loading pages now. I'm going to be here a lot more now.

The mods are there but there isn't anything they can do. They aren't "violating" rules. They're being morons. But there was one kid who changed his name to something ridiculous, his ass got banned quick.

Creating a Poll

When you create a new thread (polls can't be added to existing threads) you will see 4 tabs: Compose, Options, Poll, Preview

Click on the Poll tab, then click the check box. From there, below the insert text window you'll see an "Add Answer" text box with an "Add" button next to it.

Group creation

Now I know I've asked this before but this is weird. The create sub group tab only comes in the Xbox 360 group. It doesn't come up in any other group that I'm in. Which is odd. Any explanations?

The forums are going to be going through a major overhaul, but that won't be with this next release. You will have a chance to turn down the brightness of everything on the site, though, which could make it more appealing to you.

Unable to report on threads

I should have mentioned, that the threads remain intact even after receiving the message. I'm not so sure about the premium, I entered both my subscription # and my edge card # but don't have the designation.
