The Legend of Legacy
Atlus has confirmed that it is bringing FuRyu's The Legend of Legacy to 3DS. You won't have to wait for more than a few months either, as the game is slated to arrive this fall.
A mysterious island has appeared in the middle of the sea. Seven adventurers set out to explore it for their own purposes, but each has a hidden agenda.
Players will choose one of the heroes, form a party, and venture out. The title features new game plus, so you can dive right back in to take another of the cast members through the game.
FuRyu's team is made up of RPG veterans, including Saga series illustrator Tomomi Kobayashi, Final Fantasy XIII composer Masashi Hamauzu, and Chrono Trigger writer Masato Kato. The combat system is turn-based, but a formation system assigns roles to each of the three party members instead of relying on traditional classes.
The game has been rebalanced after its Japanese release. You can check out the first screenshots below.
