Halo 5: Guardians
Microsoft and 343 Industries are still recovering from the troubled launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Despite the problems that title has faced, the Halo 5 multiplayer beta is moving forward on December 29.
The developer is giving players a look behind the scenes of what went into bringing the beta together. A new documentary series called The Sprint details the creation of the maps included in the upcoming test phase, how art teams work with level designers, and reactions to the maps from pro gamers.
The Sprint will run for six episodes beginning today, December 18, at 4 p.m. Pacific / 7 p.m. Eastern. New installments will be released daily through December 23.
